Refund & Cancellations Policy

All our goods are checked thoroughly before dispatch. We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless:

If you have received an incomplete/wrong order

If the product has a manufacturing defect. (i.e torn,stains, stitched incorrectly)

Incase of an incomplete/wrong order sent by us we will replace the order with the correct products.

Incase of a manufacturing defect we can either offer a replacement product or a credit note.

To be eligible for a replacement/return:

You must inform us within 24 hours of receipt and return it within 10 days

Your item must be unused and the labels as well as packaging intact

Please note that replacements/returns are not accepted if the return request is made outside the specified time frame.

Replacement & Return Process

Please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your product to support@khelwale.com Include your order number, description of the issue and a photo. Make sure to retain the original invoice/tags and allow 1-2 business days for our team to get back to you.

Please note that Cash On Delivery charges will be deducted in case the buyer opted for COD payment method at the time of buying the product. Hence the buyer will receive a credit note of the Total amount paid less COD charges.

Once our team has contacted you regarding your replacement/return request, you will be asked to ship the product back to us at the address below:

Replacements/returns are to be shipped at the expense of the buyer.

Credit Note

On receipt of the product in original condition, one we will receive the returned product abs is successful verified by our team, full refund will be processed to the original payment mode with in 3 to 5 working days.

Sale Items

Any items purchased during a flash/clearance sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

Cancellation

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location. You may change/cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To do so, please get in touch with our team by email us at support@khelwale.com with your order details as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.
